Location: Sioux Center,IA, USA
The position of Software Support Specialist is responsible for providing help desk support to customers world-wide. This is a customer service role that is designed to provide high quality support by providing solutions via all Trans Ova Genetics proprietary software systems/applications. You will remotely assist customers (internal and external) and provide support by communication and building relationships via internal Fresh Services ticketing system.
* Assist with software installations
* Perform accurate and appropriate system configuration for conversion of client data
* Assist in testing of new and existing software
* Assess and identify internal software needs
* Provide internal support for other employees requiring assistance
* Assist with internal training
* Test, reproduce, research, document any software defects to be passed to development in the incident tracking software
* Assist customers with general application questions
* Remotely connect to customer workstations or servers to troubleshoot software related issues; Document customer issues and resolutions in the incident tracking software
Experience in the following technologies/products:
* SQL Server (or equivalent)
* Microsoft Dynamics CRM Or other related experience
* Fresh Service or other ticketing technology experience
* Ability to read code (C# or Java Script) highly preferred
