Automation TesterLocation: remoteMinimum Years of Experience:3 years of relevant professional experienceJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Tester to join our Quality Engineering (QE) team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end QE for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and optimization of QE processes and tools.Key Responsibilities:Develop test strategies and plans in accordance with QE policies, including defining and documenting the test approach and coordinating with change and release management teams.Create and maintain automated test cases.Create and maintain performance test cases.Coordinate and support the planning and execution of end-to-end QE for Functional and Integration scenarios, including creating scope, project test plans, test case execution, and coordinating defect assignment and resolution.Support and manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and activities related to UAT.Conduct performance testing for applications, including developing performance test plans and test scripts, executing performance tests, analyzing results, and preparing performance test reports.Manage and conduct requirements validation testing tasks and integration testing for all applications in scope.Manage and conduct end-to-end Regression Test planning and execution for any changes in the in-scope applications landscape.Maintain and operationalize automation opportunities to improve efficiencies in testing delivery processes, supporting the Continuous Testing and delivery methodology.Maintain an enterprise-wide defect management process, including integrating production incident/problem management with development/test defect management.Create and maintain a QE service catalog and QE service catalog portal.Create and update QE processes and tooling.Required Skills and Qualifications:Deep knowledge of QE processes and tools.Strong understanding of one or more tools from the following list: Rest-Assured, JMeter, Selenium, Zephyr, JIRA, Postman.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Demonstrated knowledge of testing practices, version-control procedures, and defect management processes.Superb computer proficiency, including database management.Preferred Skills and Qualifications:Familiarity with Agile SDLC processes.Proficiency in MS Office.Scripting skills.Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $101,885.00 - $108,643.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Test automation: 2 years (Preferred)Location:Texas (Required)Work Location: Remote
