Legato, LLC recruiters (Staffing@) would love to speak with you regarding the following position: Software Tool Engineer in Annapolis Junction, MD. Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph Salary Range: $150,000-$175,000, depending on experience. What You Will Do: The Software Tool Engineerwill design and implement secure and scalable DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) solutions using Infoblox DDI. Troubleshoot and resolve complex DDI issues. Automate DDI workflows to improve efficiency. Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams on all aspects of DDI, including IPv4 and IPv6. Stay up to date with the latest Infoblox DDI features and best practices. Our minimum requirements for this role: Experience with DNS, DHCP, IPAM, Load Balancing (F5/DTC) Knowledge of login management. Familiar with outages, latency issues, & troubleshooting. Proven experience designing and implementing DDI solutions. Experience with load balancing technologies. Strong understanding of networking concepts, including IPv4 and IPv6. Experience with scripting and automation tools a plus. IAT Level 1 Certification. Fourteen (14) years of experience as a software engineer, system engineer, system administrator or configuration management engineer. Eight (8) years' experience as a Tools Engineer. A bachelor's degree in a technical or business field. Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree, for a total of eighteen (18) years of experience.
