As we continue to expand, we're seeking passionate individuals to join our team and contribute to our shared mission of driving environmental stewardship through innovative solar solutions.QualificationsMust have a valid driver's license and a safe driving history.Must have professional experience working outdoors and at heights.Must be able to carry 40 pounds up a ladder.Must be able to work in all types of weather.Must be a team player.Must enjoy interacting with homeowners.Foster a positive and safe working environment through behavior and attitude.Must be willing to get OSHA certified (paid for by the company).Ability to diagnose and repair deficiencies in solar products while in the field.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssists leads onsite with solar installation jobs.Moves materials up to roof/work area.Maintains jobsite cleanliness and order.Assists with attic work.Assists with troubleshooting, as needed.Practices safety standards.ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED.1 year of Technical or Construction Experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
