Responsibilities:
- Conduct annual preventative maintenance inspections (PMIs).
- Address site outages and perform on-site troubleshooting, including documenting conditions and conducting root cause analysis.
- Recommend and execute corrective repairs, such as replacing system components.
- Document all service visits, including inspections, assessments, maintenance, and fieldwork, and report details promptly.
- Use monitoring platforms to periodically check the health of operating assets, including one weekend per month.
- Diagnose site issues remotely or on-site and communicate via a cloud-based ticketing system.
- Lead assigned fieldwork as directed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience with utility-scale PV solar equipment installation, troubleshooting, or maintenance.
- Basic understanding of physical, electrical, and structural construction plans.
- Proficient in the construction and operation of electrical equipment.
