Title: Solar Technician (Openings for Level 1, 2, and 3)

Location: West/Central Texas Region
Solar Field Service Technicians (Photovoltaic Repair) specialize in conducting inspection and corrective maintenance of photovoltaic (PV) solar panel systems, adhering to established procedures and prioritizing health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot inverters, combiner boxes and replace/repair string lines.
- Perform LOTO, IV Curve tracing, megger/insulation testing, and IR scans.
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of solar power plants in accordance with established standards and procedures; always maintains safety and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot system problems and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Responsible for documentation including, but not limited to, work orders, service orders, time logs, and emergency information schedules.
- Operate a motor vehicle safely and legally per the Employee Handbook and insurance requirements. Maintain company vehicle so that it is always clean, presentable, functional.
