Role: Solution Architect (BI & Analytics) Location: Remote Within United States What You'll Do • Assist in designing multi-phased cloud data strategies, including crafting multi-phased implementation roadmaps • Design and develop scalable data ingestion frameworks to transform variety of datasets • Serve as a subject matter expert in a cloud platform and contribute back to community • Deliver on the technical scope of projects & demonstrate thought leadership at clients as well as internally at Capgemini • Gather technical requirements, assess client capabilities, and analyze findings to provide appropriate cloud solution recommendations and adoption strategy • Research, analyze, recommend, and select technical approaches for solving exciting and complex development and integration problems • Deeply involved in designing and deploying end to end solutions with a cloud platform's analytic services • Lead the creation of technology roadmaps based on gathered and prioritized business needs • Conduct and lead white-boarding sessions, workshops, and project meetings in support of data-enabled solutions • Design & develop data models in support of BI/Analytics solutions What You'll Bring: • 10+ years of IT experience with 6-8 years as Data Architect • Experience working within the consulting industry and in team settings • Strong analytical skills • Ability to work with clients independently, participate in architectural reviews and advise on functional solutions • Experience in data architecture for large scale and cloud-based applications • Experience in Snowflake/Azure SQL/AWS/GCP and other cloud-based solutions and migrating from on prem to cloud systems • Working experience with version control platforms (e.g., Git), agile development and DevOps concepts • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience implementing a variety of data warehousing concepts, methodologies, & best practices (e.g. Incremental, SCD, Star Schema, etc.) • Hands on experience in Data modeling, data migration and thorough knowledge on RDBMS concepts • Hands on experience in query/procedure writing for multiple RDBMS • Understanding of performance tuning concepts on the cloud • Experience Analyzing, building and supporting large scale applications • Understanding business functionality of various applications and building dependency diagram for the database objects Minimum education qualification: Bachelor's Degree The benefits our employees enjoy: • Competitive Base Salary, Bonus • 401(k) Savings Plan- Matched 150% up to 6%. • Medical and Dental Coverage - multiple plans to choose from • 100% Company-paid mobile phone plan • Personal Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays
