PPaaS aims at bringing a solution to the complexity of managing and integrating with multiple players and value-added service providers, regionally and globally.You will join a leading digital transformation company, combining the advantages of a large structure with the start-up mindset & way of working.As Lead Developer / Solution Architect, you will take responsibility in software development projects, ensuring efficient code development and adherence to coding standards. Your expertise in software architecture and development methodologies is essential for designing scalable and maintainable applications.You will contribute to support, project execution, timely delivery, and the overall quality of software products. Your leadership ensures successful project outcomes and aligns development efforts with the organization's strategic objectives.Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and effectively translate them into technical requirements for the development team.Review and approve design solutions created by external suppliers.Troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring resolution while partnering effectively with a global team.Ensuring that the architectural solution aligns with service portfolio & demands.Understanding business requirements and developing solutions and low-level technical designs accordingly.Planning and documenting comprehensive technical specifications for features or system design, ensuring a clear roadmap for development and implementation.Designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.Directing the development team in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including design, development, coding, testing, and debugging.Writing testable, scalable, and efficient code, leading by example, and setting coding standards for the team.Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.Mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering their professional growth, and encouraging the adoption of industry best practices.Ensuring that software quality standards are met by enforcing code standards, conducting rigorous testing, and implementing continuous improvement processes.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals and deliver effective and impactful software applications.Staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing technical skills, and driving innovation within the development team.Minimum Requirements:3+ years of work experience with a strong focus on architecture and design of Payment/eCommerce products.Strong experience in architecting products on .NET CORE and public cloud setups like GCP, AWS, and Azure.Exposure to SQL or Postgres SQL Database Management System.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.Payments domain expert with excellent knowledge of Payment Transactions, Authorization, and Acquiring process.Experience in delivering scalable and high-performance services and applications with excellent quality.The ability to work independently and in small teams, partner effectively cross-group, and manage multiple priorities and deliverables concurrently.Other important skills:Strong written and oral communication skills in English.Strong adaptability and flexibility.Keen to work in an Agile/SAFE environment.Strong team spirit, supportive of others' contributions.As part of our values, we embrace diversity and inclusion at Ingenico.
