We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our fantastic team! RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead Proof of Value engagements (POCs) by gathering requirements and implementing hands-on solutions - understand the client's use case, requirements, and expectations to design and build the solution architecture and oversee the execution of the solution.
  • Coordinate efforts with Field Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, R&D, and Marketing to address issues and escalation cases, ensuring alignment across the sales process.
  • Act as a key enabler for the sales team to close deals and collaborate effectively with other teams.
  • Become an expert in the platform and work closely with Product and Engineering to transform customer challenges into features and solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve complex customer issues and queries.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, providing valuable insights and guidance.
  • Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and security questionnaires.
  • Offer technical and business-relevant feedback to Product Management based on field engagements, enhancing our value proposition to prospects and clients.
  • Understand the market landscape, competitive landscape, and our unique strengths and differentiators.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Engineers (SEs) throughout the sales process.
  • Identify customer needs comprehensively, anticipating their requirements and expectations.
  • Develop custom technical solutions and automation for pre-sales, post-sales, and internal use cases, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong customer focus, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Prior experience collaborating with Development teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python or equivalent), and hands-on experience with cloud environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey knowledge effectively to prospects and customers.
  • Capability to work with both business and technical audiences, leading business requirement meetings, technical whiteboarding exercises, and coding/debugging sessions with clients.
  • Aptitude for translating technical needs when collaborating with Product and R&D teams.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, Customer Success Engineer, Professional Services, Technical Support, Sales Engineer).
  • An entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset, with experience in managing customer challenges and driving them to resolution.
  • Advantage: Technical Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics).
COMPENSATION INFORMATION: In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
