***This position is Remote***Job SummaryThis position is responsible for providing advanced training and implementation of products that will improve the efficiency of a practice. Professional, timely and effective customer service expectations are met and/or always exceeded. Active participant, leader, and contributor to the achievement of individual, team, and department goals. The Practice Management Solutions Training Specialist will work closely with multiple teams both internally and externally.What you will doDesign, implement, test, and document functionality based on customer business requirements and workflowsFacilitate requirements gathering and user story creationDevelop, design and propose solutions to meet technological and business needs of customers during an onboarding project.Collaborate with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and deliveryPresent complex technical information to non-technical audiencesSupport the development of technical, training, and business-related documentationProvide solution demonstrations to clients through the project implementationTrain customers and partnersWork with clients to identify and remediate issues and workflow risks earlyPrepare and provide client facing technical follow-up calls and documentationAssist and collaborate with teams on the creation of responses to customer Request for Information or Proposal (RFIs and RFPs), including creating and formatting the content, ensuring the quality of the response, and ensuring timely delivery of the responseManage projects internally as well as externallyProvide reliable resolution of critical and high impact problems for customersQualificationsMust have:Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field or equivalent working experience8+ years of business, program management or customer service experienceUnderstanding of system implementation practicesGood decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills with ability to multi-taskGood verbal and written communication skillsGood interpersonal skillsStrong experience working with business systems and customer organizationsStrong experience presenting to customers face-to-faceExcellent product knowledgeThe posted range for this position is $65,000-$75,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
