Solution Engineer - Warehouse and Procurement Systems To play a key role in application life cycle management across functional scope for Coats business.Contribute to digitisation as a subject matter and process expert, helping to identify the change management requirement.Proactively upgrade Business Processes as Technology Solutions advance.Deliver application solutions as per the agreed business requirement and timing.Work with the business to help ensure that process re-engineering is delivered and target ROI achieved.Ensure the applications continue to deliver target functionality and address incidents as per the agreed SLAs.Life cycle: Requirements, Design, Build, Implement, Support, Improve, Retire, Replace.Principal Accountabilities and Key ActivitiesProductsDesign secure and resilient IT Services.Deliver Services in line with, or exceeding, Business Requirements.Deliver Services in line with recognised Best-Practice.External Monitoring of Subject Matter Development.ProcessDeliver timely service to meet agreed business outcomes.Project Delivery as required.Project Management of functional Projects.Support lifecycle of applications.Release deployment management, validation and testing.Design measurement metrics and methods.Maintain standards and documentation for applications within Solutions scope.Transition solutions to Business so that they can maximise benefit for Coats.Maintain Service Catalogue for solution scope.Contribute to improved IT Service Quality.Analyse and re-engineer existing business processes in line with functional Template.Understand and support related or integrated functions.Promote best practice and Business improvement within solution scope.Fluent in all Service Management Processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Request Fulfilment.Assist/Drive Support Pack and Upgrade activity.Promote best practice and Business improvement within solution scope.Maintain standards and documentation for applications within Solutions scope.PartnersProvide Subject Matter expertise to Business engagement activity.Cross functional and team communication.Vendor / Supplier Management for new solutions.Key Relationships(please attach an organisation chart)Internal(excluding direct team and manager)ExternalOther Functional Teams.Global Support.IT Technical.Stakeholders.Key Users.Business Network.Data Architect.PMO.Education, Qualifications and Experience5+ years in IT Solutions Delivery.Knowledge of Industry Best-Practice across solution scope.Experienced in all aspects of IT Service Management.Effective communicator, written and orally.Process focused.Delivers on-time and to requirements.Demonstrate a logical problem solving approach and formulate plans fitting context.Self-manage priorities and tasks, manage projects and make decisions.A team player who is adaptable to change, overcomes challenges.Has a creative and pragmatic approach to problem solving.The ability to multi-task.Project / Program Management certification.Cross functional awareness.Functional Certification.Subject Matter Certification.Degree educated - ideally in a related Technology.Experience in Business process redesign and change management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
