Role: Customer Facing Solutions Architect - AI/MLLocation: Must be able to commute into the New York office 2 days a weekSalary: Base $170-180k + Stock Options Working for one of the most exciting and fast growing Visual GenAI companies, the Solution Architect will be responsible for creating AI/ML solutions with customers. It is not necessary to have been an engineer or developer before as customer facing skills and product knowledge are the most important attributes. This role will be working as a business focused Solution Architect - helping to create solutions with customers and drive the adoption of the visual GenAI platformYou will provide guidance to customers on GenAI concepts and articulate how the solutions can generate revenue for customers improve efficiency within their teamsYou will act as the bridge between the AI platform and customer requirements and needsGuide customers to identify and define business use cases for the visual GenAI platformProvide high level technical guidance and support and work with customers to design and architect new AI solutionsBe the trusted advisor and provide up to date industry trends and best practices to customersBuild long term customer relationships to ensure adoption and expansion of the AI solutionsWork with the sales team to help design and deliver solutions, demos and proposalsContribute to product development by providing customer feedback Experience needed:10+ years experience working in Product Management, Solutions Architecture or Digital Transformation Consulting ideally within the AI/ML spaceMust have very strong customer facing experience - this role is not super technical so you do not need to have a background in development/engineeringStrong track record creating solutions for customersWorked for complex product companiesExcellent communication and presentation skills and can translate complex technical concepts to business led decision makersYou must have good career stability #J-18808-Ljbffr
