Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to play a critical role in designing and deploying advanced infrastructure solutions that integrate our liquid cooling technology with IT hardware. This individual will act as a technical expert, guiding clients and partners through our innovative solutions in server, storage, and networking domains. The Solution Architect will be essential in bridging the gap between our technology and clients' operational goals, driving successful implementations, and contributing to Iceotope's thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Design and Architecture: Design robust IT infrastructure solutions incorporating Iceotope's liquid cooling technology, optimizing performance for servers, storage, and networking components.
- Worldwide Sales Support: Collaborate with global sales teams, providing technical support, solution customization, and expertise during client engagements and presentations. Serve as a trusted technical advisor in pre-sales and post-sales interactions.
- Client Engagement and Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and environments, translating these into customized infrastructure solutions that leverage Iceotope's offerings.
- Solution Implementation: Lead technical projects from initial concept through to deployment and testing, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Documentation and Technical Guidance: Develop detailed solution architecture documents, best practices, and training materials for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with R&D, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure that our solutions are technically sound, feasible, and aligned with market demands.
- Market and Industry Expertise: Keep current with industry trends and competitor solutions in IT infrastructure, hardware, and data center cooling, incorporating this knowledge into Iceotope's strategy.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, or relevant vendor certifications) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in solution architecture, preferably with an emphasis on IT hardware (servers, storage, networking).
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure components and a proven track record designing enterprise-level solutions. Familiarity with liquid cooling or other advanced cooling methods is advantageous.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and innovate in complex environments.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to non-technical audiences and executives.
