This opportunity is remote within the United States.Job SummaryThis position is responsible for providing technical and functional solution discovery and demonstrations to prospective and existing customers to support new sales, retention, and expansion opportunities. Create and deliver Henry Schein One (HS1) presentations and product demonstrations. Design, validate, and present HS1 software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products. Present and articulate HS1 product's strengths, relative to competitors.Partner with HS1 product leaders to deliver meaningful customer feedback and influence current and planned features that solve customer pain points.This is an instrumental role that will partner across the Sales, Product and Services teams at Henry Schein One. The right candidate will utilize their Dental / Dental Support Organization (DSO) experience, as well as expert knowledge of the Dentrix Ascend solution to ensure the success of new and existing customers.What you will doPerform technical presentations for customers, partners, and prospects. Work with senior staff to keep up to date on business-critical dental solutions, HS1 products, roadmaps, and services. Provide consultative technical and sales support for either Dental Practice Management Solutions (Dentrix Ascend or Enterprise), Tech Central Solutions, Dental Analytics Solutions (Jarvis Analytics), RCM Solutions or Patient Experience Solutions (PRM / PDG).Participate in sales planning and business development activities. Begin to develop, architect, and demonstrate solutions for customers. Translate product features into customer insights and value drivers.Partner with the Account Management, Customer Success, and Service teams on At-Risk / High Value accounts to understand the requirements and needs of the customer. Participate in overall strategy to build a solution Roadmap and mitigate risk while creating opportunities for expansion.Interact with Product Management to refine Henry Schein One Products and technical Features to improve the user experience overall product adoption. Work collaboratively with Product Management, Marketing and Engineering during the development, launch and continuing refinement of existing and new HS1 products.Effectively communicate the necessity of required features to Product Management from the customer perspective. Use industry knowledge and competitive intelligence to create compelling cases for features that not only ensure parody but elevate the HS1 suite of products to best in class.Assist in tracking of planned Product Roadmap items to support the on-time delivery of new features and participate in communicating status, planned functionality and release dates of Roadmap features.Participate in industry functions, seminars, and round tables to stay current with the latest in the Dental and DSO / Integrated Care Industries.Develop and maintain training materials and deliver training to improve product knowledge and demo abilities of both inside and enterprise salespeople.Assist or Own completion, responses and repository of Request for Proposal and Request for Information documents.Collaborate with the Account Management and Services team to plan and participate in the successful implementation of HS1 purchased solutions.QualificationsMust have:Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.Minimum of 5 years of prior Pre-Sales Technical/Systems Engineering, Dental Training or Solution Architect experience with software in a SaaS/HaaS Cloud environment, selling to C/VP level buyers.Dental Software Experience (Dentrix Ascend/Enterprise, Dental Technology and Related IT Hardware or software).Must be highly experienced in the specific area and product of specialization.Extraordinary professional, sales, and technical capabilities; comfortable supporting both enterprise (field) and inside sales teams on targeted accounts.Experience using Salesforce.com to track prospect and customer activities.Strong leadership and ability to lead, encouraging both individual and team accomplishments.High energy, self-starter comfortable with ambiguity in entrepreneurial environments.Ability to explain and resolve common technical aspects of SaaS software and practice management platforms.Ability to see and present 'the big picture', architect solutions to solve customer problems, and uncover business challenges and develop custom solutions.Strong customer facing and relationship building skills.Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills; needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques.Strong understanding of industry practices.High proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures.Good planning/organizational skills and techniques.Good decision making, analysis and problem solving skills with ability to multi-task.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Good presentation and public speaking skills.Good interpersonal skills.Good conflict resolution skills and ability to deliver difficult messages.Ability to build partnerships at all levels within the company, begin to build partnerships externally.Resolve complex issues in effective ways.Nice to have:Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.What you get as a Henry Schein One EmployeeA great place to work with fantastic people.A career in the healthcare technology industry, with the ability to grow and realize your full potential.Competitive compensation.Excellent benefits package!
