Position Summary The Senior Solutions Developer provides technical leadership, applications architecture, and application development for the assigned platform. Analyzing detailed business/functional/technical requirements and specifications for assigned application. Codes applications using programming, scripting, and database languages. The work includes requirements gathering, analysis to understand the domain of the software problem and/or functionality, the interfaces between hardware and software using programming, scripting, and/or database languages to write the software code, supporting software testing, deployment and/or database languages to write the software code. Extensive experience with Financial Reporting and Consolidations. Preferred Experience: Developing Infor Lawson Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Supply Chain Management, inbound and outbound interfaces from Lawson,. ERP analyst with extensive experience (Infor Lawson, PeopleSoft, Oracle). Additional experience with Financial applications Strata, Perceptive Content, Brain ware, MHC and Query design using; Oracle-based SQL, MS Access, Infor Query Wizard Process Flow Automation (IPA) and JavaScript In addition, clear and concise knowledge of how the product Lawson and third-party applications work technically to solution issues in the production databases. Development of solutions deliverables are delivered timely. Technically stay abreast of new functionality and industry trends and standards. Responsibilities Essential Functions
- Leads the effort in understanding business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state), and determine corresponding enterprise system designs and change requirements to drive the organization's targeted business outcomes.
- Designs solutions architecture across a group of specific business/clinical applications or technologies based on enterprise business strategy, business capabilities and business requirements.
- Leads the develop of architecture for a broader scope of projects, working closely with solution analysts, business & clinical analysts that manage and design architecture for a multiple projects or initiatives.
- Provides consulting support to solution analysts and solutions developers within projects to ensure the project is aligned with the overall enterprise architecture.
- Provide consulting support for the current-state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies through aging of the technologies used by the application, or misalignment with business requirements.
- Practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models and share these technology trends with solutions analyst and developers.
- Advocate the principles of information technology strategies.
- Analyze the business-IT environment (run, grow and transform the business) to detect critical deficiencies, and recommend solutions for improvement (systems of record, differentiation and innovation).
- Analyze the technology industry, competitors and market trends, and determine their potential impact on the enterprise.
- Engage with the governance activities associated with ensuring solutions architecture assurance and compliance.
- Assist with development of a roadmap for the evolution of the enterprise application portfolio from future to current state (as defined by the solutions architecture).
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of software product standards and services, as well as the design of standard and custom software configurations.
- Consult with application and infrastructure development projects to fit systems or infrastructure to architecture, and identify when it is necessary to modify projects to accommodate the solutions architecture.
- Identify and deliver the organizational impact (for example, on skills, processes, structures or culture) and financial impact of the solutions architecture.
- Document all solution architecture design and analysis work with a focus on efficiency and improvement.
- Work closely with the program management office (PMO) or project management office to ensure the execution of plans corresponds with what is being promised.
- Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.

Qualifications Education/Training
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study. Associate's degree and two (2) years of directly related work experience may substitute for the Bachelor's degree (in addition to the requirements listed in the Experience section). High School Diploma or equivalent and four (4) years of directly related work experience may also substitute for the Bachelor's degree (in addition to the requirements listed in the Experience section).

Experience
- A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including technical architecture, network management, application management, middleware, database management, product management, or operations.
- Role may also require specific experience with solutions and products (Laboratory, Imaging, Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle, Allied Health, and other healthcare related disciplines).
