Solutions Director of Business Development

The Solutions Director of Business Development will be primarily responsible for pairing the company's solutions to the needs of prospective business clients. The incumbent would prioritize and strategize pursuits, manage long sales cycles, map solutions to business scenarios at the executive level, and drive revenue.

Must have qualifications:

  • Minimum eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience in business development or at the C level, with a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of sales experience in a leading solutions firm.
  • Proven track record of creating and delivering presentations to C and board level audiences (Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.).
  • Willingness to travel 100% of the time.
  • Experience with personal entrepreneurship and sales.
  • Technical and consulting understanding, but not necessarily pedigree.
  • Experience working with prioritized net-new logos and account expansion.
  • Self-motivated and resilient team player with stamina as a “road warrior.”
