About the role

Are you a data scientist or machine learning engineer who enjoys solving real-world problems by applying cutting edge Gen AI/ML algorithms? Are you passionate about working with customers to solve their business challenges? Can you explain complex machine learning concepts in simple business terms? If the answer is “yes”, then we are looking for you!

As a Solutions Engineer you will become an integral part of the North American Solutions Engineering team responsible for working with a wide range of customers and prospects across multiple industries and verticals.

You will be responsible for technical activities required to support attainment of new and expansion revenue for the business. As part of that, you will be a key technical advisor to H2O.ai customers and prospects:

• Becoming a trusted advisor and go-to resource for all technical Gen AI/ML challenges
• Providing machine learning expertise to help customers solve their business challenges
• Designing and selling value-based AI solutions that address customer needs and leverage Cloud native technologies for scalability and efficiency

What You Will Do

• Be the trusted data science advisor for our prospects, customers, and partners.
• Own account-related technical items and relationships.
