Job Summary: This position is in Dallas, TX - possibly remote for the right candidate. As software consultants, our teams work on a wide variety of projects alongside and for our clients. You could influence the automation strategy of a retail giant, build a new application for a mortgage business or Federal Client in redesign and transform platforms for the latest cloud technology. You'll use the latest Lean and Agile thinking, solve mission-critical problems and challenge yourself every day. You will play an important role in leading these projects to success. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code. We don't limit ourselves to one language, but experience with R and Python is preferred.
- Experience working with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery approaches such as Continuous Integration, TDD, Infrastructure as Code, etc. is necessary.
- Strong background in On-Prem, Hybrid, and Cloud Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Compliance preferred.
- Experience implementing Data Analytics solutions with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, OpenShift, Docker or Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of Data Analytics Solutions architecture including Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and Data Fabrics.
- Strong skills tuning the performance of ETL processes and database queries.
- Experience implementing and developing with Enterprise Reporting tools including IBM Cognos, PowerBI, and Tableau.
- Deep understanding of business and technical Data Governance and Metadata Management programs.
- Experience mapping technical solutions to business capabilities and outcomes.
- Strong leadership and project management skills; able to independently plan, execute, and drive projects to successful completion.
- Aptitude to learn and keep up with the newest trends and technology.

- Projects are periodically on customer site, so candidates should be flexible and open to extensive travel.
- Candidates must possess work authorization that does not require H-1B visa sponsorship by Mainline.

- This position is in-person at Mainlines Frisco, TX office with the opportunity to work from home remotely in a hybrid model.
Education and/or Experience
- BA or BS or equivalent required.
- Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years' experience
