Position Overview:

As a Solutions Sales Manager, you will lead sales efforts to sell software and related services to new and existing clients. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, including being part of the proposal response team, leading client presentations, all follow-up until a contract is awarded and ongoing customer success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term and trusted relationships with both current customers and prospects;
  • Obtain sales leads/prospects using all channels like phone, emails, social, conferences;
  • Establish relationship and identify opportunities by networking with key stakeholders, including C-Level;
  • Moving prospects through the sales process to close new deals;
  • Ability to hit, and exceed, sales targets on an ongoing basis;
  • Sales targets will be tied to the revenue growth;
  • Become a customer advocate and drive solutions adoption across your customers;
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Inside Sales teams to convert leads into opportunity and revenue;
  • Facilitate the creation of necessary marketing collateral and create campaigns to drive an increase in the number of prospective customers;
  • Use CRM and other sales tools to manage your business and keep up-to-date information;
  • Work closely with presales, marketing, and product teams to ensure mutual success;
  • Uncover ways to improve processes or products that add value to our customers, and
  • Cross-sell AgreeYa products and services to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success solution selling at Senior Levels;
  • Track record of over-achieving sales targets in current and past positions;
  • Passionate, team player and self-starter attitude with a desire to grow professionally;
  • Strong whatever it takes attitude, and
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in Consulting business selling solutions, products, Outsourcing (on-shore/off-shore), IT Services;
  • Experience managing complete sales cycle, and
  • Customer advocacy and consultative solution selling experience a big plus.
