Chang's rely on our top-ranked platform which now includes Zenput to manage inventory, staff scheduling, learning and development, food safety, operational tasks and audits.About the roleCrunchtime's Operations Management solutions support food service operators at scale to optimize their restaurant Cost of Goods Sold while managing profitability at scale across their business. CrunchTime is looking for a Solutions Specialist to join the Professional Services team working on the inventory and labor management solutions. As a Solutions Specialist, you will begin your journey supporting implementation teams through execution of critical data and configuration tasks while taking the initiative to learn more of the customer process to eventually drive efficient implementations individually. You will be able to explore new technology and develop processes to help other team members, grow within our company and make a huge impact from day one.What you'll do as a Solutions Specialist
  • Provide clear and concise communication to customers around requirements
  • Support customer implementation critical tasks to ensure overall success for the team and customers
  • Drive successful implementation for customers by maintaining strong communication and customer service best practices
  • Translate customer data into Crunchtime best practices
  • Using a consultative approach, help customers optimize product value by teaching them how to leverage the solutions
  • Advocate for customers internally by collaborating with our Product team to translate customer feedback into product requirements
What we're looking for
  • Know basic Excel (formula entry & troubleshooting, shortcuts, data analysis, data clean-up)
  • High level of English proficiency with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Organized, self-driven and process-oriented individuals who enjoy uncovering opportunities to improve efficiency, both for yourself and your customers.
  • Ability to concentrate on your efforts by focusing on the most important priorities, moving quickly through issues, and driving for completion. You know how to find the optimal balance between speed, accuracy, and quality in the work you deliver.
  • Not afraid to ask for help, listen well to clients, ask the right questions, and know when more information is needed.
Nice to haves
  • Project management skills
  • 1-2 years experience in an implementation or onboarding role supporting a B2B SaaS product
  • Experience in restaurant or other hospitality verticals
  • Successful track record collaborating cross-functionally across internal teams to solve customer problems
  • Experience with Monday.com, Salesforce, Google Apps
  • Experience working with a distributed team
  • Desirable availability to travel
