Job Type Full-time Description Reports to: Customer Support Team Manager Number of direct reports: 0 Travel: 0% Schedule: 100% On site Internal stakeholders: All staff External stakeholders: Dometic External Clients and Customers Summary: Dometic US Blind Systems are looking to recruit a driven and enthusiastic person to join our growing customer support team. The position is split between sales orders processing and shipping. Main responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders and payments to meet monthly objectives set by the company
- Answer enquiries both internally and externally with quoting, order processing, purchasing and communication.
- Provide direct support for Sales Team
- Managing stock to ensure the orders are delivered on time
- Handling customer complaints by offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Assisting with shipping when workload requires
- Supporting other departments and overall team if necessary
- The post-holder may be asked to take on different tasks as required and all employees are expected to work collaboratively to support the overall goals of Dometic.
- Be responsible for your own health and safety and aware of other's health and safety in the workplace.
Requirements Qualifications and experience:
- Previous experience in sales orders processing - desirable
- Experience in shipping
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Excellent IT skills in standard office software packages
- Very good standard of written and spoken English - required
