What We Are Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- Over 1 year of assembly experience preferred
- Knowledge or experience with 5S methodology is a plus
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a production environment
- Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to all assignments
What You'll Do As A Warehouse Associate:
- Perform a range of functions related to material handling, including packaging, applying correct labels, confirming part identity through detailed comparison, and receiving, assembling, and storing parts, materials, and products
- Prepare parts and materials for shipment by packing items, verifying materials and quantities, maintaining inventory, conducting stock counts, and relocating parts and materials to designated areas
- Operate various motorized and manual material handling equipment, as well as semi-automated and automated packaging systems, scales, postage meters, and conveyor systems
- Execute tasks based on printed work orders and other written or verbal instructions
- M aintain comprehensive records related to shipping, receiving, and unloading trucks
- Perform additional duties as assigned
