In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the restaurant Chef in the preparation and completion of food items. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting in the preparation of food items for all restaurant meals and visually inspecting all food products to be served to ensure they all meet the quality standards set out by departmental and resort management. They will also be responsible for assisting in ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, safety in the kitchen, and storage areas while minimizing waste, maximizing cost/production ratio. We do require that you have the background consisting of 2-3 years of progressive experience as a culinary graduate and/or a minimum of 2 -years culinary experience in a hotel restaurant/ food outlet facility or related field. State or local law may require a certificate upon completion of state certified proper food handling certification.
