Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for an experienced **Sourcer** in Dallas, Texas.**PLEASE NOTE** : This is a hybrid position only. Tuesdays and Thursdays in office.**Type:** 40hrs/wk. Temp to Perm**Start Date:** Within two to three weeks.**Location:** Intersect of Gaston Avenue and Jett Way in Dallas, TX. Please make sure this commute works for you prior to applying.**Hours** : 8am to 5pm; M-F**Pay:** $31.21 to $ 31.21/hr**Length:** Temp to HireResponsibilities for the **Sourcer** role include:+ Build pipelines and engage with multiple candidates for different locations across North America+ Push for results, think and act quickly+ Has a solid understanding of talent distribution via talent mapping and pipelining strategies+ Proactively pitches how the candidate's skills and motivations are fit for a particular team+ Ensure that the candidate experience is positive for allQualifications for this **Sourcer** role:+ Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related industry+ 2+ years of experience in Sales Non-Tech sourcing or recruiting+ Experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced/high volume environment+ Previous sales recruiting experience is a plus+ Experience working with funnel data and using it to guide hiring decisions+ Has partnered with a wide variety of clients, including senior-level business leaders and seasonedprofessional candidates+ Has experience hiring in an organization focused on cultivating a diverse workforce.**Pay Details:** $31.21 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
