The Sourcing specialist will manage all 3rd party sourcing platforms including but not limited to Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, etc. The Sourcing Specialist will post positions on 3rd party platforms and source passive candidates. The Sourcing Specialist will speak with candidates at the time(s) they are available and connect them with the specialized recruitment team.JOB REQUIREMENTS:2 Years Experience Utilizing 3rd Party Recruitment Platforms and Microsoft Word/Excel Strongly PreferredMISSION, VISION & VALUES:MISSION: Clinical excellence.
