- As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing talent for corporate and investment banking roles (portfolio management, relationship managers, credit managers) and corporate function roles such as risk. Managed a high-volume search workload via direct sourcing, employee referrals, ongoing pipelining, mining of talent Recruiter, etc.
- Must have experience supporting corporate & investment banking searches.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit passive candidates and build a pipeline of candidates.
- Support recruiting portfolios for roles across banking and corporate banking functions.
- Work closely with the recruiters to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals pipelines for upcoming searches.
- Proactively Source passive candidates through extensive name generation research, relationship building, complex internet searches, existing talent pool database searching, and research
- Screen candidates to gauge skills, interest level, salary range
- Ensure a diverse candidate pool is presented.
- Effectively phone screen or interview all applicants and make recommendations to the recruiter and hiring managers for interview selection.
- Ensure that the applicant tracking system
- Attend career fairs and other networking events as a representative of the Bank and TAS.
