Must Haves:
- 10+ years of experience negotiating contract, working with suppliers (ex: oracle, salesforce, Microsoft)
- Bachelor's degree, with MBA or Master's degree in supply chain management, procurement, technology, operation management, or a technical field, with seven years of progressive work experience in Strategic Sourcing and/or Vendor Management.
- Deep understanding of category management, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management principles and application.
- Advanced financial analytical skills and experience in enhancing value through negotiations.
- Strategic orientation, inquisitive, comfortable with ambiguity, and self-motivated to identify trends and improvement opportunities aligned with business objectives and strategic plans.
- Ability to build effective relationships, influence peers and key stakeholders, and built consensus. Ability to present.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
Day to Day:
- Working with internal stakeholders from diff BU's, (all BU's except IT) HR, marketing, sales, etc. understanding BU's initiatives, building relationships, working with existing contracts they have (Concur, SAP vendors)
- Sourcing and working with enterprise software / IT / hardware (end to end - RFP to doing negotiations, finish line)
- Providing guidance on any recommendations, changing processes, improving processes
This role is paying anywhere up to $130,000 a year based on experience.
