Job DescriptionUnder the direction of the Director Talent Acquisition, performs sourcing and candidate onboarding functions.Typical tasks and responsibilities include:
- Source candidates by utilizing various methods such as job boards, recruitment platforms, internal applicant tracking system and career fairs.
- Review and assess resumes to determine suitability for specific roles; provide qualified resumes to hiring manager
- Conduct pre-screens to gauge candidate qualifications and skills.
- Ensure candidate care by being a point of contact and resource for candidates throughout the interview process.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Secure all the required documentation (education, certifications, I-9) from candidates for their positions.
- Coordinate and schedule medical clearance appointment.
- Scan completed personnel file onto the On-base platform.
Minimum Qualifications1. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline; or2. Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline and two (2) years of relevant experience in human resources or personnel administration, labor relations, employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, customer service (providing information and resolving customer concerns), or a related administrative support function; or3. High School Diploma or its educational equivalent and four (4) years of relevant experience, as described in 2 above.

- Excellent customer service, communication and time management skills
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
- Two (2) years of experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare setting
