Job Description Responsibilities of the Meal Loader includes the loading, sampling, and record keeping of rail cars and trucks in the Meal Loadout department of the Soy Division, which would include the sanitation and its improvement and the trouble shooting of plant operations. The responsibilities also include the moving of soymeal in a flat storage with a front-end loader and any other duties assigned by management. Job Duties 1. Have basic reading and writing skills. 2. Be able to handle extreme dusty conditions. 3. Be able to handle extreme environmental conditions. 5. Be able to handle heights and confined spaces. 6. Be able to climb stairs and ladders. 7. Be able to operate heavy equipment safely.
