$13-$15 Per Hour + Commission

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is currently seeking candidates that are passionate about sales, as well as health and well-being. Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facial, and hair removal services. With over 550 locations, the Hand & Stone brand is a leader in the membership-based spa service industry.

We are looking for someone that is local to the area and is looking for a long term role in a stable and positive environment with opportunity for growth. Our Spa Associates are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing short of exceptional! Candidates with prior experience in sales or a membership driven environment is ideal but not required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Provide excellent customer service to members and guests

* Ideal past experience would be working for a gym or other membership driven environment

* Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival

* Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades

* Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance

* Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care

* Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance

* Display a positive, energetic attitude

* Be a team player

* Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills

* Perform various other duties as assigned

* Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the office

* Ability to multitask

Job Requirements:

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office application, Spa Soft (will train) and basic accounting principles.

* Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
