Job Description
Join our team as a Spa Attendant, serving the needs of the business, our guests, and
our colleagues by working closely on shifts with the team to greet guests, schedule spa appointments, assist guests in the boutique, promote retail and ensure guest service standards are consistently being met or exceeded.
Qualifications
* DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Greetings of all guests
? Must have great telephone skills and follow the Primland Spa Telephone Etiquette and Guidelines
? Assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products
? The ability to explain, sell and book appointments
? Checking the guest into the computer system and charging for services performed
? Responsible for the sale and service of all retail products to guests
? Responsible for maintaining the retail area of the spa in a clean and orderly manner
? Knowledgeable of the features and benefits of all retail offerings, product sales, and promotions.
? Effectively recommend products to meet the needs of our guests.
? Properly open and close spa and or salon each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
? Provide guests with detail descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features, and hours
of operation.
? The ability to handle guest comments and concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.
? Be knowledgeable on Book4Time, google suite, OPERA, and ALICE.
? Handle Gift Cards
? Be knowledgeable on the hotel/spa and speak confidently about other outlets in the hotel.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Required
? Computer and Telephone skills
? Impeccable attention to details
? Able to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs
* ? Experience at a luxury hospitality property
? Superior professional appearance and manner, good character to work on a fast-paced team
? Prior experience in Front Desk Spa
