Your organizational skills and warm demeanor will help create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure an outstanding experience for every guest.Operations
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of spa treatments and daily wellness experiences.
- Ability to recommend services and enhancements through suggestive selling.
- Facilitates bookings and reservations, ensuring accurate sales reconciliation and cash-out procedures.
- Greets all guests in a warm and welcoming manner and utilizes name recognition multiple times throughout their visit.
- Navigate guest feedback in real time, ensuring guest satisfaction. Communicate any concerns to spa leadership in a timely manner.
- Ensures the Spa areas are in a spotless condition through daily facilities walkthroughs.
- Coordinates with the Itinerary Design team to ensure guest experiences are up to date and accurate.
- Responsible for responding to phone calls and email correspondence in a timely manner.
- Communicate with necessary departments to support a seamless stay for our guests.
- Maximizes revenue of treatments and programs through effective scheduling, yield management.
- Knowledgeable of all of the experiences that are offered at Wildflower Farms. Speaks confidently about other departments within the hotel.
- Participate in all designated programs, daily rallies, and trainings.
Retail Management
- Responsible for maintaining the retail area of the spa in a clean and orderly manner.
- Ensures retail backstock is organized and utilizes FIFO method when applicable.
- Supports Spa Supervisor in processing new retail through tagging items in line with brand guidelines.
- Effectively recommend products to meet the needs of our guests.
- Properly open and close spa and or salon each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
Pay Rate: $18/hourQualifications
- Customer Service Experience
- Hospitality and Spa Experience a plus
- Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- You must be available to work weekend, holidays and some evenings
- Punctual, reliable and confident
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
