Job Description:
As a Spa Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spa while delivering outstanding customer service to our guests. You will be responsible for managing appointments, assisting guests throughout their visit, and promoting our services and products to enhance their experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and manage guest bookings efficiently.
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide assistance and information as needed.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the spa lobby and boutique area.
- Utilize retail knowledge to effectively sell services, packages, gift cards, and retail products.
- Provide recommendations on products and services based on guest preferences and needs.
- Ensure the spa lobby, bathrooms, lounges, and boutique are clean and organized at all times.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle transactions accurately and responsibly, including refunds, returns, and exchanges.
- Stay updated on Spa Serenity merchandise, promotions, and boutique displays.
- Assist in managing day-to-day spa operations and flow.
- Take inventory of boutique items and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Display enthusiasm, friendliness, and energy to create a positive experience for guests.
- Maintain professional relationships with guests and team members.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience or sales experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically.
- Ability to multitask and remain attentive to guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
- Ability to work standing/walking for extended periods.
- Proficiency in handling money and transactions responsibly.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
