The Peninsula Chicago is seeking a Director to join our Spa team to achieve the company's objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities:
- Manage spa retail operations and personnel, ensuring adherence to business plan objectives. Review and approve purchase planners, pricing recommendations, and inventory tracking.
- Ensure cleanliness of spa facilities by overseeing completion of daily checklists and hourly walkthroughs.
- Delegate and supervise the completion of all maintenance improvements and member requests.
- Recommend improved cleaning products or methods for optimal sanitation and cleanliness.
- Monitor the operation of mechanical, electrical, and heating facilities through routine preventative maintenance and repairs, following proper notification procedures in the event of equipment failure.
- Complete proper inventory system for spa services and products.
- Train, supervise, and schedule associates to ensure continuous coverage and efficient service delivery.
General Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years of managerial experience in a similar role in a luxury property.
- Knowledge of PMS/Opera and some knowledge in rooms department preferred.
- Ability to handle a high level of work demand and pressure; individual must possess great organizational skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.

The salary range for this role is $83-90k/yr. To be considered for the position, you must have work authorization in the United States.
