The World Equestrian Center-Ocala is currently seeking a Spa Manager to join our team!
The Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring the highest level of service for all guests and maintaining an exceptional guest experience. This role includes management of staff, ensures that the spa operates efficiently, meets revenue goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring it runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
* Implement and monitor spa policies, procedures, and safety protocols in accordance with local regulations and industry best practices.
* Maintain inventory of products and supplies, managing stock levels and reordering as necessary.
* Coordinate the scheduling and flow of services to optimize customer satisfaction and revenue.
* Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall appearance of the spa is always in excellent condition.
* Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and professionalism, ensuring resolution to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Develop and maintain relationships with loyal clients, encouraging repeat visits and new business.
* Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.

Physical Requirements:

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in spa management or a similar supervisory role in the wellness, hospitality, or service industry.
* Strong knowledge of spa operations, including guest services, financial management, and staff leadership.
* Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
