EHR Services has partnered with Red Arrays Light Therapy Spa to hire a Spa Receptionist for its new location, opening in November 2024. As the initial point of contact at Red Arrays, you'll create a welcoming and warm atmosphere for our clients. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Additionally, you'll help maintain our spa's high standards of cleanliness and order through light housekeeping duties. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, making it an ideal opportunity to contribute to our groundbreaking new venture while fitting seamlessly into your schedule. - Provide exceptional service to clients, greeting them warmly, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments using our salon management software. Ensure an organized and efficient booking system.
- Process client check-ins and check-outs, handle transactions, and accurately manage cash and credit card payments.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and staff in person and over the phone.
- Perform light cleaning tasks to ensure the spa remains clean and organized, including tidying up workstations, replenishing supplies, and ensuring restrooms are well-maintained.
- Stay informed about spa services, products, and promotions to communicate this information to clients and make appropriate recommendations effectively.
- Assist spa staff to ensure a seamless operation and positive working environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a salon or spa environment, is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a solid commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and order.
- Familiarity with salon management software and basic computer skills.
