Oxford Solutions has a client seeking a Space Planning Coordinator to support space planning initiatives for their retail brand. This role involves working closely with the space planning analysts to execute tasks related to JDA space planning. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail space planning, a strong understanding of merchandising systems, and the ability to collaborate across teams to meet project goals. Responsibilities:
- Partner with space planning analysts to develop and implement space allocation strategies
- Execute space planning tasks related to store layouts, merchandise placement, and category optimization.
- Ensure space plans align with client merchandising strategies and overall business objectives.
- Analyze and interpret data to optimize space usage and improve overall store performance.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to space planning tools and data management systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in space planning, preferably in a retail environment.
- Familiarity with JDA software is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply data insights to space planning initiatives.
