SPACER GRINDER Job Summary: HQ Aero is currently recruiting for SPACER GRINDER in BRIDGEPORT, WVResponsibilities: As a Spacer Grinder, you will be required to:
- Operate basic machine shop equipment.
- Knowledge to work from drawings, manuals, specifications, and detailed instructions and use a variety of measuring instruments.
- Adhere to general work rules and company policies and procedures applicable to work area and job functions.
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
- Vocational/Technical school - machine shop.
- Prior mechanical experience is required.
- Be able to use decimals and fractions and complete basic machine shop related mathematical calculations.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Standard Aviation Tool Kit.
- Criminal Background Check & Compliant to FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.

- Work Environment: Aircraft maintenance in a hangar and ramp environment.
