**Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Agent**
La Plata / Bold Business Front Office / Part-Time We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to manage inbound/outbound calls and assist customers. **Candidates must be able to speak English and Spanish fluently.**
**25-30 hrs./week** Multiple shifts available between 8am EST and 11pm EST Monday through Sunday **Job Responsibilities**
+ Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
+ Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
+ Identify customers needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions
+ Schedule appointments if necessary
+ Navigate computer programs and/or databases
+ Data entry
+ Maintain electronic files
+ May be required to perform additional duties and tasks as required by the Company
**Job Qualifications**
+ Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
+ Spanish speaking skills are required
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ Good PC skills
+ Strong multitasking and time management skills
+ Great attention to detail
+ Able to support the WFH set up
+ Minimum download speed of 10 Mbps, minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps
+ Minimum of an i5 processor, 8 gig RAM
+ A designated work area
