Your Role
+ Utilize yourteaching experienceandSpanish fluencyto provide ABA-based education and therapy to children with Autism, ensuring they develop essential life and learning skills.

+ Track and record student progress to ensure that educational goals are being met and adjust strategies as needed.

What We-re Looking For:
+ Experience as an educator(required), especially working with children who have special needs or behavioral challenges.
+ Fluency inSpanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking students and families.
+ Passion for helping children with Autism succeed, with strong teaching and problem-solving skills.
+ Compassion, patience, and a calm demeanor, especially in challenging situations.
