In this role, you will have the opportunity to help us with a variety of tasks associated with the rental of our facilities. This position is open to teenagers between the ages of 14 and 17 years old and adults. Listed responsibilities, when performed by minors, will observe all child labor regulations and restrictions. These include but are not limited to:Assuming the role of greater and welcoming guests. Ensuring excellent levels of customer service and providing information/answering questions throughout event.Working at a concession stand and serving food and drinks.Unloading equipment from trucks and setting up venues for events, including chairs, tables, and stage.Working as ushers and ensuring that seating arrangements adhere to fire code regulations.Ensuring the event space is clean and organized. Adhering to direction for event safety standards.Inspecting equipment for damage after use and checking it against an inventory list.Packing up equipment when the event is completed.Undertaking security duties specifically in parking lot as deemed fit.Undertaking security duties specifically in parking lot as deemed fit.Setting up lighting and sound equipment.Packing up equipment when the event is completed.Ensuring the space is in its original condition prior to rental.
