This individual is responsible for ensuring exceptional execution and adherence to the Banquet Event Order specifications and standards. The department includes all events and catering activity at the Inn, Saskadena Ski Area, Woodstock Country Club, The Athletic Club, Billings Farm and Museum, Kelly Way Gardens & any other offsite locations as outlined in BEOs created by the Sales Department.
