Job Description
**Summary:**
Assesses and treats human responses to actual and potential health problems through such services as case finding, health teaching, health counseling and provision of care supportive or restorative of life and well-being. Executes medical regimens prescribed by a licensed physician, dentist or other licensed health care provider legally authorized under the NYS Education Department and in accordance with NYS Department of Health regulations. Adheres to current Kaleida policies and standards of practice.
**Education And Credentials**
**Responsibilities:**
Current NYS registration as a Registered Professional Nurse/RN Permit required upon hire and must be maintained thereafter. American Heart Association-Basic Life Support (BLS) within 6 months of Hire and must be maintained thereafter. RN Special Procedure - One (1) year critical care/telemetry (within 3 years) experience required for EP Lab, Cath Lab and Endovascular (Neuro), Interventional Radiology, Non Invasive Cardiology Heart and Lung Center. OCH Children's Kidney Center requires one (1) year of dialysis experience within the past three (3) years. Pediatric experience preferred. Critical Care experience preferred. Special Procedure RN's in OCH Procedure Room (Imaging/GI) Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) within six (6) months of hire/transfer to position and must maintain thereafter.

**Salary Range:** $40.09 -$56.01
