Qinetiq US is looking for a Program Analyst - Human Capital. The selected candidate will provide management and operational support to senior OUSD(R&E) senior leadership at the Assistant Secretary of Defense (ASD) level. Candidates will work as part of an integrated team providing ASD level support that will include developing and maintaining work products that support management decision making, strategy development, initiative definition, action tracking and monitoring, meeting and workshop planning and execution. Candidate must be skilled at interfacing, communicating and collaborating with government personnel ranging from action officer to senior leader levels, including civilian and military.
