Long DescriptionAssociate Project managers contribute and assist with the achievement of a project's objectives as an active member of the project team. May lead a small project under supervision. This position will be in the IT M & A focused on Security remediation.someone who can build and execute a repeatable process around security remediations and apply continuous improvements to make the process better over the time working with Cyber team. Who can run application transition process across all deals.Technical Responsibilities: Contribute to the development of the project charter and/or develop sub-project charter and management plan. Recommend tradeoffs within project.Assist in defining and managing project scope, review with manager for approval. Outline major workstreams.Complete assigned tasks according to established timeline. Assist in the development of a detailed project Gantt chart. Manage a sub-project timeline.Collaborate with supervisor and/or project PM to establish sub-project budget. Monitor and maintain costs within budget.Area(s) of responsibilityPartner with sub-project teams to establish project Quality Plans. Monitor and maintain plans.Create a risk register and management plan for the sub-project. Identify, analyze and understand project risks and develop sub-project risk response plan.Participate in the development of a Procurement Management Plan.Develop a sub-project team list with cross-functional staffing requirements. Define the role, responsibility and deliverables for each team member.
