Sunoco LP is a leading energy infrastructure and fuel distribution master limited partnership operating across 47 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Europe, and Mexico. The Partnership's midstream operations include an extensive network of approximately 9,500 miles of pipeline and over 100 terminals. This critical infrastructure complements the Partnership's fuel distribution operations, which serve approximately 10,000 convenience stores, independent dealers, commercial customers, and distributors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Work with Category Managers to support Rebate process. Communicate with Vendors on site level performance and create invoice request for accounting.
* Support Category Managers in developing optimal product assortments, new item launch strategy and plans, regular retail and EDLP pricing strategies, and planograms with category and item adjacencies, and category, brand, and segment space allocation.
* Identify emerging brands, brand opportunities, and potential supplier partnerships.
* Assist Category Managers with onboarding new brands and vendors.
* Review business plans for brands participating in Sunoco's programs and secure contracts for promotional and everyday pricing support, program participation, and product allowances to support those business plans and Sunoco's promotional calendar from vendors and brokers.
* Ensure that brand program contracts are complete, include all needed information, support Sunoco's category strategies and are aligned with the agreements made between Category Managers and vendors.

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* 2-5 years of relevant experience
* Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills needed.
* Familiarity with the category management process and understanding of retail merchandising and promotions.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent process timelines and stay on task and within budget.
* Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills and experience developing useful business insights on the basis of data.
Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
* Usually, normal office working conditions.
* Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
* Occasional overnight travel may be required.
