This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisations desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Specialist Hardware Asset Management Data Analyst and Coordinator to oversee and manage our companys hardware asset data and processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate asset-related and stock take activities. Familiarity with asset management software and data analysis tools will be critical to success in this role. Requirements Data Analysis and Review: Collect, process, and analyze asset data from spreadsheets. Review asset information and room data for accuracy and completeness. Identify discrepancies and coordinate actions to address bad data. Room Audits Coordination: Collaborate with relevant departments to schedule and conduct room audits. Ensure accurate asset records during room audits. Coordinate actions based on audit findings. Asset Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed inventories of hardware assets. Monitor asset and stock room status Provide regular reporting on asset progress and improvements. Asset Disposal Management: Coordinate Decommissions and Disposal events Track asset lifecycles and recommend actions. Utilize asset management software for efficient tracking. Prepare documentation for Specialist Disposal approvals. For example, assets that require disposal and destruction without secure wipe Report assets that are not on manifest using firm approved processes Specialist Non Standard hardware disposal -Identify and document methods for disposal of legacy assets that lack clear operating procedures and sit in the backlog. -Coordinate directly with relevant engineering and operational teams to accelerate disposal events. Qualification Technology Bachelors degree. Proficiency in spreadsheet analysis and data manipulation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
