Posting End Date: December 19, 2024 Employee Type: Regular-Full time Union/Non: This is a non-union position As a specialist ERP ATR, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of the end-to-end process and deliverables for the Acquire to Retire ( ATR ) stream of ERP release implementations. This workstream focuses on the processes in the PPM Module of Oracle Cloud along with associated interfaces in and out of PPM to other systems. What you will do:
- Lead and support the implementation of enterprise-wide ATR ERP solutions for upcoming ERP phases.
- Responsible for collaborating with the business to determine all ATR business requirements.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts ( SMEs ), TIS and the Systems Implementor ( SI ) to determine if any unique ATR design requirements are required for ERP Releases and provide input on the end-to-end solutions required.
- Implement enterprise-wide ERP processes, based on Enterprise ERP guiding principles.
- Work with the change management team to identify and assess change impacts and ensure appropriate documentation, training manuals and user guides. This includes influencing change across the work stream and stakeholders, as well as delivery of face-to-face training where necessary.
- Prepare, review and validate test scripts and results.
- Identify risks and potential solutions, assisting in developing mitigations where appropriate.
- Hands on working with SI on all deliverables for respective stream including test strategy, deliverable strategy, Business Process Master List, RICEW list.
- Although this role is predominately ATR focused, due to the size of the team, may be required to be involved in other aspects of the program, including, but not limited to, Asset Work Management, Accounts Payable, Order to Cash, Fixed Asset, General Ledger and Financial Planning and Analysis. Who you are:
- Related university degree and/or professional designation.
- Significant experience with Cloud PPM solutions and ERP implementations.
- Fully qualified level role typically with minimum 7 years of directly related experience.
- Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influence, and leadership skills. Verbal and written communication typically consists of the coaching, mentoring, motivating, and ensuring organizational objectives are translated into the department's activities.
- Demonstrated ability to be innovative, initiate, lead or manage change.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
