Five or more years of experience in agile methodologies preferably Scrum framework. Five or more years working experience with agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar. Five or more years working experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) . Bachelor's degree in Business, computer science, engineering or a related field. - Day to day duties/responsibilities: The Scrum Master will be responsible for guiding and coaching the development team in agile practices, removing impediments, and ensuring that the team delivers high-quality products in a timely manner. This role is key to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team. • Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring that they are effective and focused. • Team Coaching: Coach and mentor the development team on agile principles and practices, helping them to become self-organized and high-performing. • Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and remove obstacles that could hinder the team's progress, ensuring that the team can work efficiently. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to ensure that the team's work aligns with the product vision and business goals. • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging the team to reflect on their processes and implement changes that enhance productivity and quality. • Performance Metrics: Track and report on team performance metrics, using data to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes. • Agile Advocacy: Act as an advocate for agile methodologies within the organization, promoting their benefits and best practices.
