Bullish exchange is operated by Bullish (GI) Limited and is fully regulated in Gibraltar.Mission: To make trading with digital assets more rewarding and secure.Vision: To be the most innovative, respected, and trusted leader in crypto.Reports to: Manager, IT SupportRole & ResponsibilitiesProvide efficient and advanced support and troubleshooting for all internal applications and systemsAssist with the deployment of new applications or systemsEvaluate existing systems to streamline and provide recommendations for upgrades or enhancementsOnboard new employees and/or consultants and conduct orientationManage access controls and user credentialsConduct offboarding, including collecting data for retentionProvide Level 1-2 technical support for the IT Support Team to help complete daily tasks and assist with the Ticketing and Asset Management systemRespond in a timely manner to service issues, requests, and VMR remediationSupport an expanding inventory of macOS, iOS, Windows, Linux and Android devicesDevelop processes and procedures supporting ITSM solutionsDevelop documentation to support internal processes and proceduresDevelop reports on the status of all hardware and softwareShow basic networking skills including TCP/IP and DNS in troubleshooting network and connectivity issuesUtilize Mobile Device Management systems to manage computers and mobile devicesManage and troubleshoot video conferencing, printers and network peripheralsProvide excellent customer service to employeesDemonstrate a high level of initiative and self-motivationShow an ability and desire to learn new skills and responsibilitiesExperience / QualificationsFive or more years of IT work experience in a corporate environmentWork experience with macOS and MDM is preferableExperience in managing devices, troubleshooting, and working in ticketing systemsAbility to connect and communicate at all levels across an organizationAbility to work independently without close supervisionAbility to articulate a solution in a verbal and written formatAnnual Base Salary RangeUS$80,000 - US$100,000Bullish is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
